The venues at Toldbodvinhus provide the perfect setting for intimate gatherings, business dinners, anniversaries, and family celebrations.
Our set menus are served for parties of at least 10 guests.
At Toldbodvinhus we believe that the host’s personality should be reflected in the event. Therefore, we do not offer fixed set menus but instead compose the menu through a personal agreement with the host:
2-course menu: 475,-
3-course menu: 575,-
5-course menu: 775,-
As in our daily work, the menus are shaped by the Danish seasons, and menu discussions are therefore held as close to the event date as possible.

Intimate day meetings in historic surroundings
At Toldbodvinhus, it is possible to host day meetings on our 2nd floor, accommodating up to 26 guests in fixed meeting setups. Here, meetings can be held where peace, atmosphere, and simple yet effective service create the framework for the working day.
We believe that the best conditions are achieved through personalised solutions, as not everyone has the same needs. Therefore, our meeting package is simple, with the option to add, for example, extra snacks as desired. The meeting room is located on its own floor, with access to a balcony offering a relaxing environment for breaks. Disturbances are therefore minimal, allowing you to discuss the day’s program in peace.

- Coffee, tea and still or sparkling water at station
For day meetings, it is only possible to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies if these are communicated no later than 48 hours before arrival.
